In short: Biznex stores your business data (sales, inventory, customers) on your own device first, and syncs it to our servers so it's backed up and available across your devices. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with other businesses using Biznex.
What we collect. When you create a ZOVA account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). When you use Biznex: the business data you enter — products, sales, customers, suppliers, and similar records — scoped privately to your firm. Basic device information (device name, platform) so you can manage which devices have access to your account.
What we don't collect. We don't run third-party advertising trackers on this website. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone. We don't access your business data except when necessary to provide support, with your permission.
Where your data lives. Business data created in Biznex is stored locally on your device first, and synced to our cloud database (hosted on Amazon Web Services) so it stays backed up and available if you use more than one device or branch.
Your rights. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us at infozovaltd@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy. If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Since Biznex is still under active development, expect this policy to evolve alongside the product.
